Merry Christmas~

Oh, Hello~ I've so much to say in this festive season. So many stories to tell and so many NICE photos to share! But 'thanks' to broadband service in the state, I couldn't do any uploading or downloading. Ok, this's taken during one of the Christmas Celebration in my church. For all youths... I got a comfy pillow from "Gift Exchange" session. I bought a 4Gb 'finger' for exchange...
Last day of caroling, at last house. 22-23/12... Sing well, eat well... Had fun. Although nowadays Rock&Honey not longer filled with loud voices and laughters, but it's still doing good. More involvement from ANTS. Young boys are playing guitars now. Even we have young basict in church.
Well, everyone wear green. So am I~ Don't be deceived by the outer part! *teehee*
Kids volunteer to take photo with me( and for me)...
This was on the first caroling night. Anyone know this place? You'll get a "good reward" from me! 2009 mini calendar were given out. Got hair products as lucky draw. See who get a calendar with sticker on it! Kerastase stuff,k!
See, the camera. I so love it. But it doesn't belong to me.
PHOTO OF THE YEAR!
Ok, this doesn't mean that it's my best shot ever. But, well, honestly... *ahem hem* I take photo at this same spot every year when carol team visit The Tan's family. (I'll show you a series of Photo of the Year soon!) This year, I'm not with a good photographer. Someone just comment about it. I just......*sob*

Nah, so these are some random picks from hundreds of photos taken during this Christmas season. More to come, I promise. Some great food to show, nice shots (not mine *teehee*) to share... Well, since I cant tell story thru photos then let me show you my inner thoughts I gained during this few days.

*ahem ahem* clear throat

Many of my friends went to hot spots to celebrate Christmas and countdown. My sister went to K.L and some people also at KL, or Genting (*shivering*) or at China (*shivering*), Singapore and etc. Amy texted me and said she had countdown at Bukit Bintang and was sprayed by crazy crowd. While I was just finished rehearsal in church, eating and chatting at an aunty's new house. Her house is along the same street for Alor Star hot spot- BALI BALI HAI. Well, have to passby guardhouse (hate it!) and tell the house number. I wind down my car window and I heard people happily chillout in BBH! Very huge crowd. Very nice lightings. But very loud noise. (Ok, people are having fun)
So, so so... I entered aunty May's new house. Simon's house. Very peaceful green living room, faux leather L-shaped sofa. Without AV set yet. Ok, so we had nasi lemak, mee goreng and iced Pat Poh. Finally, we had grape juice, apple juice and Heineken beer. (I mixed everything. Nice)
I was thinking, how simple I am to be satisfied with this less than 20 heads' gathering.(not really party) At first, I couldn't take it. I thought, it's so normal and "nothing". But chatting, laughing (got people want to match me, help me to search for "partner"), photos... I was laughing happily. Ya, I remember I was laughing happily, from inside out.
"I'm happy with this!"
So, I made conclusion.
I'm satisfied. I'm truly happy. I feel contented with just simple hangout and little bunch of people.
Same thing happen on the actual day. I went shopping in Tesco with family, bought parents pillows as gift (OoOo, pillow-ish Christmas), eat at Old Delight, waited long for stupid curry mee, had a not-hot hot White coffeee and funny shapeless French Toast, scolded by father 'cause I reach home late for 6pm, dress up nice nice and went to church, eat happily in Christmas pot luck dinner.........
Everything is as usual as annual year. My 20 years' Christmas day I spent them the same, every year, at same place, doing almost the same thing, spend with own church families and friends.
"Am I still feel happy to celebrate Christ's birth?"
"Yea, I am contented and happy with it."
It's better and meaningful to spend it in church rather than at any other special venues. I'm filled with love and joy, peace. And it's a great gift for Christmas. You think Santa Claus can give you, Christmas tree and the world can give you? Do you know what is the true meaning of peace?

little talk:
I never believe in Santa Claus will stealthily put present in my socks at Christmas eve and all those tales, folklores... Although I wrote and received letter from Finland Santa Claus during my childhood time, I knew and sure that they might be a group of white-bearded old man "pretend" to be Santa Claus to make whole world of children happy with their letters. Know why? *teehee*
'cause last time in church, every year of Christmas, I would be sitting in the crowd of kids (I was one of those kids anyway),seeing my father give out Christmas presents to all present kids. and my father, was the red SANTA CLAUS. So, tell me why I should fancy about santa claus? I know they are not real in reality. I learnt this when I was so so so small... My house has no chimneys. And my dad went up to rooftop when he wants to fix antenna or wires. (so proud of my zero fancy to red-fat-old-man) XD
