It ain't feeling good

... to work in new place. especially facing with big bully kids. Their cries are screamingly sharp and great pain in my brain. Cute when they are quiet. Very soon they shouting hysterically, screaming for help when it's time to check temperature, blood pressure... The moment those lil fella see my thermoscan, they realise that I'm going to put into their ear. Thermoscan is something very brilliant to check temperature. It's done within 3 seconds. But dealing with kids, 3 seconds is very difficult. I would hope there will be something pointing on their foreheads and *taa-daa* siap~~
Wonder why I promote Redoxon? Nah, it's my Vitamin C supplement that I need to take for strengthening my natural defence. I seldom eat citrus fruits here. So I need the effervescent Vitamin C. It's very nice and fun, seeing the tablet fizzing inside my glass, giving the 'hissing' sounds. Like Sodium 'hissing-ly' react with water-experiment during Form 4 school time. It's fizzy until penetrate my purse a hole! RM 17 for 15 tabs!! Why I need to take supplement while working with paed? Why not when working in adult wards? 'cause 'people' said the pathogens in children are very harmful to adults. Don't know why. But to all student nurses and medical nurses, you guys can have a try. Besides, *touchwood* see whether I need to get MC during this 2 weeks. If I fall sick (Oh, I don't want!) I need to replace it since it's considered as special unit. Staffs in children's wards are prone to fall sick. Although kids' size are small, but doesn't mean that their pathogens are less powerful, said Master Sifu~
Well, it's last case study for this semester, render 20% for the subject- Professional Development. The previous one I got 16.8%. Case study on ethical issue. Something very subjective. Everyone may have different point of view. But I guess academically, everyone will give same answer. That's what we call smart people. Confidentiality, autonomy, paternalism, beneficence, veradity, non maleficence, fidelity...Which one is your priority? Are you democratic enough to listen to lay man? If you are a patient, which one you want it to be honoured first? *laugh*
